Vision-Integration Laboratory performs research and development of the device and the system for Nanovision-Science and its application. The fundamental research of the device of electron emitter into a vacuum and its application, and the spin control in semiconductor quantum structure is advanced. Moreover, we also progress the MEMS transistor, Electrets MEMS device, Photon counting device and Photon counting X-ray CT and the image processing with analytical expression. All of our researches are motivated by the innovative imaging technology by the Nanovision-Science which introduced nano-domain control of each photon and electron into image engineering.
