The Research Institute of Electronics (RIE) is pleased to announce
      The 4th International Symposium on Biomedical Engineering to be
      held on November 14th and 15th at Act City Hamamatsu Congress
      Center,Hamamatsu, Japan.

      The Research Center of Biomedical Engineering (RCBE) was
      established in April, 2016, by support of the Ministry of
      Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT).
      The international symposium on biomedical engineering is organized
      as a part of the activities in the RCBE.

This time the program committee has consolidated the poster
      presentation into this symposium. We also welcome your
      positive involvement whether or not you join the collaborative
      research based on RCBE project.
      Especially the participation by young researchers and students
      will be highly appreciated.

      We are looking forward to joining this program proactively.
