Poster Presentation

To present you research, please prepare your abstract using Microsoft Word template and convert to PDF format. Follow the instructions below to submit your abstract.

How to submit your abstract

First, prepare your abstract in PDF format. Please visit abstract submission form and enter author/contact information (the abstract submission was closed).
*IMPORTANT* Please be sure to prepare your abstract BEFORE submitting web form for your presentation.

At the bottom of the submission form, there is a link to submit your abstract file via Microsoft OneDrive (see pictures below). The abstract files will be handled by Prof. Tomoaki Masuzawa (web administrator) and forwarded to program committee for reviewing. You will receive a submission notice from the system within 24 hour. If you do not receive the notice, please contact the symposium secretariat.

The abstract submission is due on October 31.
*** IMPORTANT ***
To poster presenters: please submit REGISTRATION FORM in addition to your abstract submission form. Registration is due on October 25.

Young Poster Award

Authors of the poster presentations are encouraged to apply to a Young Poster Award. Following conditions must be fulfilled to apply.

• a presenter and a first author of the abstract
• 35-years old or younger (as of September 30, 2024)
• a student, post-doctoral fellow, assistant professor or in an equivalent

To apply to the award, please check the box in the abstract submission form. Please contact the symposium secretariat if you have any queation about the award.
