The fundamental research of the device of electron emitter  into a vacuum and its application, and the spin control in semiconductor  quantum structure is advanced. Moreover, we also progress the MEMS transistor,  Electrets MEMS device, Photon counting device and Photon counting X-ray CT and  the image processing with analytical expression.
